We at benuta would like to make our contribution to slow down the spread of the virus and to protect our customers and our team in the best possible way. Here we keep you informed about current developments and updates to our shop and delivery activities.


Can I still order online at benuta?

Yes, our online shop is still open and as usually, available for you around the clock. We have sufficient goods in stock to ensure a long-term supply of all products.


Have your delivery times changed?

You can see the current delivery time of your desired item on the respective product detail page. The measures taken by the authorities currently do not represent any major restrictions related to your order in the benuta online shop. However, the situation may change at any time. Depending on the instructions from the authorities, there may be delays in deliveries in certain areas. In such cases, we ask you for your understanding.


Will my order be delivered as usually?

The delivery of packaged goods is currently still carried out as usually up to your home door. In order to protect customers and employees of our shipping partners, the receipt of the parcel no longer needs to be signed for. Furthermore, we recommend: in the future, have your order delivered only to your address or that of your neighbour, or grant the transport company a permission to leave the parcel in a safe place, if it is possible. In some areas, parcel shops have closed in the meantime, or delivery to parcel shops may no longer be possible.


What measures are taken at benuta to prevent the coronavirus from spreading?

The health of our customers, the team and the delivery services is our top priority. We have taken all necessary precautions to protect our employees and to help contain the virus. The majority of our employees work from home now. Naturally, we have also tightened up health and hygiene regulations in our logistics centre and we are monitoring them rigorously. Our shipping partners have also assured us of strict compliance with the prescribed hygiene standards and protective measures. You can therefore continue to order from us without hesitation!


Have you adjusted your return policy as a result of the current situation?

If you want to return something to us, this is, of course, still possible. You may still request a return within 30 days after the delivery in your customer account. If you apply within 30 days, the return period is deemed to have been met and is extended by further 30 days. Thus, your total right of return is now valid for 60 days.


This is how you proceed in case of a return:

1. Apply for your return within 30 days after the delivery as usually in your customer account.
2. You will then have 30 days more to send us the goods after the deadline for requesting a return.

If you are unsure, please contact our customer service department, they will then inform you about the possible options in your case and will work with you to find a solution.
